Towering ceilings & industrial elements are hallmarks of chic raw spaces and are totally in for corporate events!

Pier 27 hosted a showcase that featured how its open and flexible spaces, located on the iconic Embarcadero, might be utilized. When we talk about usability, this is what we mean: towering industrial ceilings, large roll-up doors, and an open space comprised of steel, concrete, and glass.

“Clients are flocking to raw and customizable venues like distilleries and warehouses that can truly be transformed into a space of their own,” shares Emma Roberts of Capers Catering.

We always love seeing our work featured on PartySlate for new ideas and inspiration. This article showcased a fun new concept, ‘the floating floral canopy’ created in collaboration with the Vessel Rental Co where their structure had a cantilever mechanic in the absence of front posts. We added some beautiful drapery to soften the back posts and lush greenery and blooms across the front.

The modern feel of the floating canopy inspired us to bring in aisle end cap florals set atop acrylic pedestals mirroring the floating effect. The rich hues of burgundy, dusty rose and greenery were perfect for this early spring showcase event.
